#20Time

So far baking is awesome and fun. Butter cream icing is my specialty. It has had it's perks, but when something doesn't come out the way I want it to then it kind of makes me mad, but then it pushes me to keep trying it until I get it right.

  1. I think that is hard in cooking - especially when you have spent a long time making something and it tastes off. When I cook gumbo (one of the ONLY things I can cook) and I burn the roux, then that is 20 minutes WASTED that I have to start over. It is SO frustrating! But buttercream icing? YES PLEASE! :)
